Dillon Lamb (Dilz) is a New Zealand based song writer, producer, engineer and established hip hop artist with over a decade of experience in the industry. His debut album 'Metamorphosis' debuted at #2 on the New Zealand Hip Hop charts. He has since continued to expand his ever diversifying fan base as he prepares to make his statement in Aotearoa's music scene blending the sounds from the underground with the vibes of the mainstream.

Dilz is no stranger to performing having headlined two national tours, supporting platinum selling artist Tech N9ne & King Iso during their sold out show in New Zealand's capital and securing placements on festivals such as Wanganui's Sound Valley and Gisborne's Summer Frequencies. He has also been hand-picked to perform alongside your favourite Kiwi artists on a number of occasions such as Smashproof, Che Fu, Donell Lewis, Kennyon Brown, DJ Noiz, Lion Rezz, Lomez Brown, and  The Crusader himself, Scribe.

In 2023, Dilz officially launched Making a Statement Entertainment, transforming years of experience, setbacks, and hard-earned lessons within Aotearoa's music industry into a platform dedicated to independent creativity and authentic expression. Dilz has expanded the vision of Making a Statement Entertainment beyond music, establishing it as a multi-tiered entertainment hub.

Dilz established the annual Te Awahou Minifest in Foxton, a community-driven event created to celebrate local talent, creative arts and connection within the Manawatu/Horowhenua region. He has also successfully relaunched the Making a Statement Podcast, further strengthening the brand's presence across the nation and beyond whilst providing a platform for authentic conversations, powerful stories and entertaining discussions across a wide range of topics.

2024 marked a significant chapter in Dilz's career with the release of his collaborative album with Joshy E Fire With Fire EP, reaffirming his presence within New Zealand's hip hop landscape and showcasing his continued growth as an artist, songwriter, engineer and producer.

As Making a Statement Entertainment continues to grow, Dilz has remained focused on simultaneously crafting his highly anticipated sophomore album, Resurrection—an ambitious and deeply personal project set to represent the next evolution of his artistry and musical skillset.
